Do I have to register to place an order?You are not required to register to place an order with us. Membership is optional and free of charge. New members automatically get a 10% discount on their first purchase on thehobbyistscorner.com. Becoming a member of The Hobbyist's Corner will also make your shopping experience more convenient by allowing us to save your information for future purchases. The "My Account" function will allow you to view any previous order information, including items ordered and date of purchase.

How do I register for an account?To create an account, click on Log In at the top right corner of every page and then select the Create an Account link. You will then be prompted to create an account. New members automatically get a 10% discount on their first purchase at thehobbyistscorner.com.

What do I do if I've forgotten my username and password?If you forget the password for your account, select Forgot Your Password and enter your email address. If we have your email address on file, we will send you an email to reset your password. If you need further assistance with your username or password, please send an email to info@thehobbyistscorner.com

How do I change/update my account information?To update your account information including billing address, shipping address, payment information, and registration, sign into your account on our website. Once signed in, click on your profile picture located at the top right corner of the screen. From the drop-down list, select the section you would like to update. Once there, enter the relevant information and select the Update Info button.

How do I change/update my email address?To update your email address, please send an email to info@thehobbyistscorner.com with the new email address you would like to use. Please allow for 1-2 business days for changes to take effect.

How do I apply a coupon I received to my order?Once ready to place your order, click the Go to Checkout button in your mini cart. Once on the checkout screen, click on the Enter a promo code link to enter your coupon code. Enter your coupon code and click Apply. The coupon should now be applied to your order. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us!

How do I purchase a gift card from The Hobbyist's Corner?Our gift cards can be purchased online at thehobbyistscorner.com. You can find the gift card link at the bottom of any page on thehobbyistscorner.com in the footer. Complete the information to purchase.

Can I use a gift card to purchase a gift card?No. You cannot use a gift card to purchase a gift card.

How do I place an order?There are three ways you can place an order with The Hobbyist's Corner: Orders can be placed directly through our website. If you are unable to process an order on thehobbyistscorner.com, please send an email to info@thehobbyistscorner.com for further assistance. Orders can be placed directly through WhatsApp. Simply send a message detailing the specifics of your order to our WhatsApp number (242-801-6229), and await further instructions. Orders can be placed directly through email. Send an email to the above mentioned email address, and we will be happy to help!

What if I need to cancel or change my order?Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. If you want to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order, via the method you used to place the order. Any unwanted, non-handmade items can be returned. For product return instructions, please visit our Return Policy. Once the returned item has been received, a credit for the product price will be issued to your account in the time it takes your bank to process a payment. If the item ran out of stock before your order was processed and we canceled your order, you will be notified via email as soon as the item is back in stock. Your original order will also be processed at no further cost to you.

What payment methods can I use?There are three ways we accept payment(s) for your order: Manual payment (cash) PayPal Online Bank Transfer* *For bank transfer instructions, refer to the bottom of your invoice once received.

Can I save items in my basket for purchase at a later date?Yes. If you are logged into your account, your items will stay in your basket until you are ready to purchase. However, inventory for items is not held, so no guarantees for availability can be made for items saved in your basket.

Do you ship internationally?No. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping outside of The Bahamas. Currently orders placed can only be delivered to the residents of New Providence but we hope to expand to the family islands in the future.

Do you offer delivery?Yes! We offer free delivery on orders over $50. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for more details.

Can I pickup my order?Yes. Should you choose to have your order picked up instead of delivered, you will receive a message via WhatsApp detailing where you can pick up your order.

What if I can't find an item on the website?If an item no longer appears on our website, it may be out of stock or discontinued. Please send us an email to info@thehobbyistscorner.com for further assistance.

Do you complete custom orders?Yes we do! Whether you have an idea for something that is not currently on our website or want a customized version of something that is on our website, we will do our best to make your vision come to life!

How do I place a custom order?There are 2 ways you can place a custom order. Do you only sell handmade products?At the moment The Hobbyist's Corner only offers a variety of beautifully handmade products. Yarn, beginner crochet kits, crochet classes and more are coming soon!
